Confirming report options

I want to avoid specifics without confirmation, so I'll suggest checking the latest reports if the user wants me to browse. Given the network is enabled by default, we shouldn't rely on that just yet. I'll offer to check with live sources, but only with the user's approval. It’s a good idea to ask, “Do you want me to check the latest sources?” Let’s keep options open!
